Yes. You will receive an email with link for activation.
Yes. There is a $100 fee for activation of your account.
Once you register you will receive an activation mail. After the payment is done for activation, you will have to fill out the Client Service Application form (CSA) Form.
Note: It will require a 30 mins time to fill out this form.
You can take your time to fill the form and there is an option to “Save” and continue later. But after your submission of the CSA form only the process initiation will take place.
No.The Experience Quotient Expert or care provider will initiate an appointment for a video call and you will receive an appointment email with the date and time.
Yes. We give importance to maintain the client’s privacy and keep all information secure. The application is HIPAA-compliant.
No. At Home Integration we are providing developmental activities as a therapy for each client.
Based on the initial assessment done on the client, the activity-based development plan is created for individual clients.
A Care provider will be assigned for each client and you will be provided the contact details also. You can contact them for any clarifications regarding the treatment.
